Busy Place, Great Variety of Services

Visited this local business last week. I was there on business for a few hours. I could not believe the steady stream of customers coming in picking up and dropping off. The variety of items was so bizarre, one lady was picking up her repaired meat grinder machine which she uses to make pet food, another client was a printer who needed an item custom made. The requests were simple to bizarre and the entire team there clearly was committed to them. They stock items that commonly break, like the bases of blenders and fix a ton of those fancy espresso and coffee machines. The phone was ringing off of the hook most of the time but there were lots of people to answer calls and all of them seemed to know the individual items that were being requested. I will definitely remember to come here before I buy new or throw something out!

    Poor Service!!!

Hello, I took a Delonghi air-conditioner in for service under warranty. The repair was a 3 month long ordeal, where I called and drove down twice to explain what the problem was with the ac unit and asked to be notified once its fixed. They never notified me when the repair was completed so I essentially just had to keep on calling. When picking up the ac they were extremely rude and would not provide information if the unit was fixed and if so what was done to it, the official reply I got was "It's not for you since its under warranty". Finally they told me that they are unable to test the air-conditioner until the summer so I should bring it back then. When I got the air-conditioner back the fan was still broken and it wasn't functioning as described by Delonghi tech support (Second level tech support). Don't waste your time with these guys they are terrible in services and just general care that should be provided to the customer.

    Don't bother with Butler!

I tried these guys out because I wanted to support a local business - big mistake. The gentleman agreed to send someone over to look at the appliance but couldn't do it for two days, which was fine. I even agreed to be home between 11am-3pm but explained that I had to be out of there by 4pm to pick up my child. When no one had showed or called by 3:30pm I called and the same gentleman was surprised to hear that I had to be out by 4pm - he had no solution or excuse and only said "he'll be there sometime". After arranging for someone to pick-up my kid, the guy who eventually showed up was a sub-contractor from Pickering who spent 2 minutes looking at the machine and then and surprised me with the minimum service fee which was never discussed or explained in advance by anyone. Why go local when they just subcontract out anyway? Call someone else.
