The service here is amazing! The employees are very kind and try their best to keep their customers happy. Their skin care advice is always honest, I saw the desired results after my treatment package and was thoroughly impressed!
I had a very bad experience at this place, I don't recommend it at all. They don't do the treatments right, so no results and prices are high. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they care about their clients and look after their rights because you won't find that at Lucie Me Spa... is terrible :-(
AVOID THIS PLACE! They don't have trained laser technicians and allow any one of their staff to use the laser on your skin. They are very unprofessional.
Madam, You just assume that if an employee is doing desk job or waxing they do not qualify to do laser treatments. The least experienced aesthetician at our clinic has 4 years experience and all their certificates are displayed at the store.

I have been going...
I have been going to this clinic for a year now. They have Very professional and knowledgeable staff and the prices are unbelievable. Great location with parking. I just love it.
This spa is pretty nice but they're very disorganized between their two locations. I booked my facial, then the other location calls me to change the time, then when I cal back they don't even have me in the system
Yet this location had called me. By the time I got there my facial was non existent and now I'm waiting two hours until I can be "scheduled" in!
Came here for waxing. The lady started by telling me how awful my skin was. Then she used the SAME wax applicator the entire time, and kept dipping it in the wax... HELLO BACTERIA. She dripped wax all over me, and didn't say anything. She tried to sell me laser wax. I would never go back EVER, not clean, not hygienic and RUDE PEOPLE. Not to mention it is OVER PRICED.
I have been getting laser treatment for back, upper arm and chest hair removal at this clinic. Everyone is very professional and friendly. They have the latest model laser machines available and I can truly say that with the care of the technician each of my so far 3 visits has been painless. It had been the perception of pain that kept me away for so long and thankfully this is not an issue in this clinic. Also their all inclusive price for one year was very helpful and cost effective.
Below are the reasons why I am giving this "spa" only one star:
- huge privacy concern (files are kept open on the table, discussions of your treatments take place in front of other customers that visit the beauty supply store or the hair salon, etc.)
-Appointments are not on time
-Patients are not being monitored, when treated, as they should
I cannot speak badly about the treatment itself that I received; but the issues that were pointed out should be addressed!
I don't think it's fair to evaluate any business on their temporary setting. You visited us during our renovation. I like to invite you to revisit the newly renovated clinic and judge it for yourself.
