    Disappointing

    I have to agree with the other review. I was very interested to explore Virtela's 'Managed Cloud-Based Application Acceleration' for our business. Several attempts have been made to contact the Canadian Sales Manager and no answers nor options to leave a voice mail or even email! I wonder if the Canadian operations have closed down yet still are listed on yp.ca?!

    Disgraceful servi...

    Disgraceful service! In my search for a local IT solution for my expanding engineering firm, I turned to Virtela Canada. I had heard of Virtela's stellar reputation in the US. Big mistake. I tried calling the "Canadian President/Sales Manager" on several occasions and never once was my call answered nor was there any voicemail option. Just dead air. That's top notch customer service right there, folks. He's representing Virtela at a high level. No words.
