Xerox Warranty Issue (Quick Exchange Service)
Xerox printer Quick Exchange Service warranty. called Xerox and they said they will replace that and get all paper work done. It should be arrive 3-5 business day. TWO WEEKS!! I still haven't receive the printer. I called Xerox customer relation, I ask them how long it will takes, the answer is don't have any information. The case got escalated to a manager. Xerox manager called me saying is was due to the shipping system is down/Broken. Why Xerox shipping is weak? Buy from good warranty company
