I have been a patient and customer of Insight for about 4 years now. I have nothing but amazing service and help. I have always had a hard time picking out frames but Nicole and Neil made it easy! The Mykita pair I wear most often still gets compliments very regularly and years after getting them still love them!

Optometry clinic is great. Service at onsite retail store is the worst!

Thanks for the 5 star experience! It was my first time getting glasses so I wasn't sure what I was in for. Everyone at Insight was incredibly friendly and helpful and the experience from start to finish was fantastic. The selection of frames is like nothing I found anywhere else. I got a set of frames I love and they were at an outstanding price. The next time I need glasses I won't be shopping around. I know exactly where I'll be going. Thanks again!

I am a proud, owner of a fashionable, affordable, and comfortable pair of glasses purchased from Insight Eye care. My experience was truly exceptional! Not only was I warmly greeted and directed to the personnel that I needed to speak with, but received quality care thereafter. I explained my wants and needs with the glasses I was looking to purchase and had those highly met! I was shown all the glasses that fit my face structure perfectly, with no pressure to purchase specific pairs or a 'pricey designer' pair. I had honest opinions and suggestions from the employee helping me who genuinely enjoyed their job and making my experience perfect! It can be stressful seeing the hundreds of pairs of glasses and I know when I walked in I immediately was but my overall experience was smooth, stress free, and left with me that 'eye opening' experience needed to realize the customer care that myself and anyone should be getting when it comes to a purchase that stays with you every day and truly frames your personality! I selected the Drift Eye wear, which as far as I know Insight is the only place in this area that carries the line! I'm glad that not only do they have amazing service, if you want unique, one of a kind, fashionable glasses (and sunglasses!) they are a stop to make! Thank you everyone at Insight!
