The staff was friendly and easy to deal with. The work was completed on time and very much to my satisfaction. All of the Reitzel showed that they cared about the job they did!
Great experience from start to finish. The estimator explained what was needed and showed pictures to illustrate the problems. Installers were on time and very efficient. I was extremely impressed with how well they cleaned up after themselves! I would highly recommend this company!!!
Although I had a cheaper quote, after getting someone from Reitzel out to quote, I understood why. The other company did not quote on insulating the 'ring joists'. As it was explained to me this is a crucial area because it comes between the cold and warm areas. It is a prime area for mould to develop if not insulated. The installers were equally good. They arrived on time and were thorough in both the installation and the cleanup following. Very happy/
