Service: Very bad. Atmosphere: Dirty. Food: OK For Take Out only, if you feel the need to. With so many restaurant options in Windsor, I'd never go inside there again! The place inside looks like it should be torn down and put out of its misery...
there's a lot of options! the main features are their burgers and garlic sauce , but you can mix and match. Lots of food and very friendly and attentive service. loved it!
Best of the Breast with the Bubi's garlic sauce and a Serbian salad...Outstanding. I have been going to Bubi's for years. If you like garlic, you will love the sauce.
we finally had a chance to try this place out since we were doing errands in the area. the restaurant is rather dark and not the most beautiful in decor. the path to the bathrooms really is pretty creepy. but i care most about the quality of food and service so i don't mind too much. let's face it, public washrooms are icky in general whether they look clean or not. they just aren't.
anyway, our server was nice and friendly. it was quite busy for a late Saturday night. but we didn't have to wait long. we had to be done around 9 to pick up a hold and we left Bubi's about then.
we just got water to drink and it was interesting how it came in a jar. i ordered the Captain Fantastic 1/3 lb burger with garlic dillon fries. i had high hopes for the garlic fries but they weren't as garlicky as i'd hoped. i think they were just dressed with garlic butter and parmesan, with a garlic dipping sauce. the parmesan wasn't sprinkled evenly which caused some of the wedge fries to taste saltier than others.
the burger was essentially a tower, with all the stuff on it. it was messy to eat but very good. the meat was nice and tender and the onion rings were crispy. i just wish they had put sliced cheese on it instead of shredded so it'd be a little less messy.
my dining companion ordered the 1/3 lb Alamo burger with same side of fries. he thoroughly enjoyed his burger as well, besides for wolfing it down too quickly.
even if we weren't on a tight schedule, we had NO room for desserts. overall, our dining experience was great and we are interested in coming back to try different burgers for sure.
I am there going for lunch from time to time for the past few years, and food is always great in there, so is the service (especially when you get Kyle). Sometimes when they are busy it takes a bit longer for the food to arrive, but that's understandable. I'd recommend this place to anyone... My other favourite is Big Rye Chicken Club. Burgers are great too!
Food was standard, nothing special. The service was typical Windsor University student standard; Just enough smiling and situation engagement to extract a couple of bucks in tip. The restaurant seemed to have a glaze of grease over every surface. Yech. I was afraid I would slip and fall on the floor or stairs you have to scale to get to your table. Oh yeah, If you are a big fan of dingy, out-of-the-way dungeonesque washrooms located in a basement, high-tail it this place!
pizza crusts were hot but the rest of the food was cold. it took over 30 mins to get the food after the apps. the servers were rude, and so was the manager on duty when complaining about the salsa on my baja burg being rotten. this is like the 3rd time this has happen to me there, never again will i go there and will tell everyone about this dungy place.
My bf and I both ordered the captain fantastic burger and neither of us could finish it they were so big. The pricing is great when you look at how much food you actually get. The service was excellent, I dont think I have ever had such a friendly server. Overall I find the best thing on the menu to be their pizza crusts, even though it is an appetizer it is a meal and leftovers for me.

We came in late like 10pm from Michigan for some errands. We were tired and perfect place to check in after left the tunnel border. Food was excellent, server was nice enough to check on us occassionally, place is better with cleaning than ever before. It looks like a new manager under its belt? Food menu seems to be a bit different from last year but alot better this time. We definitely will come back - probably this week! Thanks, Bubi's!

My gf and I order from here on occasion. We love it for the type of food that it is...the only reason we dont give it a 10 is because no restaurant is a 10. Regardless though its great bar and grill food.

Great place, great food, great service. If you like garlic, this is the place to go. The portions are big and the prices are fair. The Pizza Crusts are amazing!
It's good food, but slow service, and the waitress barely understood the orders. Nice environment, but food is good, and prices are not too expensive. If you have time, and don't mind waiting, it will be worth your while. But if you think your gonna get express food, get out of there.
