    My husband is a Dentist. We waited 5 hours last visit.Today we waited almost 3 hours. My husband called it.If we did this in our dental practice...well what are you all thinking !!!

    They want you to call to re schedule an app't but you can't get thru to the receptionist and if you miss your app't they charge you for a missed app't. We don't live in the city so we can't just stop by. It is absolutely frustrating.
