Great renovation

Loved this Hotel !! Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Rooms very fresh and we new that a renovation had been done in the last year. Pool are was superb , clean and uncrowded. Many thanks to Martin the Manager and Najwa who were crucial in assuring my stay was awsome.

A wonderful Canada Day holiday

Our stay was the best I experienced at a moderate priced hotel. The people went above and beyond friendly and helpfulness. Our waitress, Sandra was the pinnacle of dedication and friendly service. We went to have dinner after a long day of driving, her energy and goodwill revived us on many levels. On Canada Day, coming back from exhausting celebrations, she even greeted us as she was working at a food tent set up by the hotel in the parking lot (which she was at until closing late in the evening). All the staff that we encountered were wonderful. I was even pleased with the "hotel fan" that is always too hot, too cold, or noisy. The digital control meant that the room was perfectly comfortable. A pleasant surprise was the lifeguard on duty and the pool I wish that was a law in Ontario as well. Our first visit to Ottawa was great. Thank you for a wonderful Canada Day holiday.
