Hier, je suis allée là et j’ai remarqué que c’était vraiment très malpropre surtout le plancher et les tables. Ça souvent comme ça. Quand on mange et qu’on voit ça parterre ça ne donne même pas envie de revenir ici et ce n’est pas appétissant. En plus, il y a souvent des erreurs et souvent il manque des reçus dans les machines à commander. C’est décourageant et très dommage. C’est plate, car je reste dans ce quartier et j’aimerais avoir un mcdo qui est plus propre et agréable.

personnel non courtois et plusieurs fois déçu du service. Entre autres samedi le 20 janvier vers 12h30, il manque le wrap dans ma commande à l'auto , l'employé ne s'excuse pas. Je lui demande de changer ma frite pcq va être froide me demande de retourner dans ma voiture pour lui redonner au lieu de simplement la reprendre quand viendra me donner mon wrap. Un autre fois attente de 20 mins pour ma commande en resto et frutopia goûte l'eau,gérant pas d'excuse ni un merci, ni un bonjour
Afte six years, I"m done, done giving this particular McDonalds drive through a chance...not only is the food not hot most of the time but now, in the last year, the mistakes have become normal and too often to count. I've accepted below par way too long. I am polite and ask nicely to correct the errors, but don't assume my kindness for acceptance. Bye bye bye McDonald's on Samson boulevard, time to give my business to a McDonalds with more integrity.
