Chalet Bar-B-Q Rotisserie opened its doors in August 1944. Over the years we have built a legendary reputation for the best charcoal barbequed chicken in the world. Ask anyone who knows. We selectively buy fresh plump chickens and then we slowly roast them over hardwood charcoal, in custom built brick ovens.
