    If I can give zero stars, I would. What kind of travel agent books a ticket from Canada to Europe during Covid without acknowledging all the rules and regulations ? Apparently, you can only do one leg with the EU. Result ? Well, they are closed on Sundays, so no support there - we waited at Air Canada ticket office for over 2 hours and missed the flight.
