    Wonderful inspector. Thorough, gracious, extremely helpful. Measured and clear in what he says and what needs to be done, without undo drama. Extremely easy to follow his report, between his descriptions and the photographs. Even follows up to make sure all is well. Impressive.

    Liam is simply a professional home inspector. Has all the time needed for proper and full inspection and desire to find all existing and/or potential issues with the property. I have successfully negotiated and saved over $100,000 thanks to Liam detailed report. Highly recommended. BTW, Liam speaks both official languages. Try to find other home inspector providing english reports in Mont Tremblant / Lac Superieur region. Good Luck.
