    WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE.HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH ASST MANAGER ON MAY 28 AT 6:00 PM TO DISCUSS MY DEFECTIVE NEW PHONE HE NEVER SHOWED UP FOR APPOINTMENT NEVER CALLED TO ADVISE HE COULD NOT MAKE IT.STAFF THAT WAS IN STORE HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY TO HELP US FEEL GOOD ABOUT DEFECTIVE NEW PHONE WE WERE ADVISED TO GO TO ANOTHER STORE IF WE DID NOT LIKE THE SERVICE CUSTOMER OF FIDO FOR 8 YEARS THINKING OF CANCELLING SERVICE ON 2 PHONES
