Don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE this place. Food is amazing every time, servers are friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere is very casual. Only thing that keeps me from coming here as often as I would is the price. The meals, especially the pizza, is a little highly priced. Other than that, I highly reccomend it! Bon apetit! =)

This Boston Pizza location is by far our favourite. My wife and I have been going since they opened and never had a bad experience. The servers are very accomodating and the restaurant is very clean and well maintained. The pizza dough is the best as it is made fresh everyday! Keep up the great work!

I can't find the Waterloo location on this site but this review is about my experience there.
Went on a Wednesday with girlfriends for drinks and nibbles in the bar. The service was awesome and the food was pretty quick and very tasty. We shared spinach dip, antojitoes and nachoes and we were stuffed! We didn't know a band would be playing and it was an added bonus. We had a great time and have plans to make this our regular get- together hangout!

I have been to this location several times in the last few weeks and overall there has been great consistency.
Service was excellent and the pasta was outstanding! On Fridays you receive unlimited bread or salad, and it tastes great!

I had a wonderful server, she was polite, and knew how to add that little something to make my day. The best server is Hailey. She was prompt with bring out the food and drinks. With out being to prying she discovered that I was down about spending my birthday alone. She gathered her team mates and sang me happy birthday. Now I am not saying everyone likes to be sang to on their day; but Haily knew what to do. I am a big fan of East Side Merios.

Absolutely love this place, the service has always been friendly and fast unless you're going to bring more than 4 people as I've been to a party dinner here and the food was cold the wait staff was unorganized and they seemed very confused. There is a reason The Keg does so well. You always get great service, great food and great atmosphere regardless of which one you go to across Canada. This location is no exception.
I have been to this place now at least 15 times over the past year and not once have I been disappointed. It seems they keep getting better and better and though my only issue is how impossible it is to get into on Friday and Saturday nights.

The staff at The Keg Waterloo not only received us but accommodated us in such a welcoming way that made the event a success! The food was above reproach as per usual but the service, outstanding! I enjoy this pizza, and especially the greek salad. The dressing comes on the side which I really enjoy. One thing to remember, when you order for delivery they will not accept the prepaid Toppers cards at time of delivery. You need to pick up.
