We placed a pickup order to be ready for 6pm; giving them an hour and a half to have our order ready. Unfortunately, they made our pizza incorrectly. When my partner arrived to pick it up, the rush had just begun, so there was a but of a wait. When we realized the order was wrong we called immediately and were greeted by a polite employee whom was about to call us. Our pizza was made for us and delivered at no charge with a couple extras! My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary at The Bicycle Thief last night. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our meal after the order was taken. Totally unable to have any conversation during our wait (noisy). I had ravioli that consisted of 8 pieces of ravioli in a sauce for $21.00 so I left feeling hungry.
