Couldn't have been better! Here's the story... I was attempting to change the deadbolts on my house on Friday and after 2 hours of fight I called and he came as quick as possible. I even had to leave to coach football and a friend waited there. MORE IMPORTANTLY, HE TRIED TO HELP ME OVER THE PHONE FOR FREE FIRST! I expected to be charged an arm and a leg on a Friday evening, but I couldn't get over the low $55 call out fee and $20 per door. Couldn't say enough good things about this man! Read more
