I have been living here for just a month and really wanted to see what Guelph had to offer with japanese cuisine! Many of my friends suggested that I try w sushi so I decided to go with one of my girlfriends that was a returning customer. We arrived for dinner and was greeted with the most kind and helpful waitress ever, we were seated and brought drinks. Our waitress was very helpful, her English was okay, but there was a server there who had perfect English so communication was not a problem. The place was pretty full and busy but not with large groups so the place wasnt loud. The food was very good and the rice was warm and moist, which means they just cooked it. I had a lot to eat and would definitely recommend their sweet shrimp banana roll and the guelph roll, they were both fabulous! Everything was great and I will definitely be a returning customer, and recommending to my friends

This was my first time getting a balayage and I had an absolutely amazing experience at Teknik. I got Dil as my hairstylist and she made my hair look gorgeous. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my hair and Dil helped me with that. After my consultation with Dil I trusted her completely with my hair and she made sure my hair wouldn't get damaged. i've been going to sing lee for years, and they are truly a gem on victoria street even after the management changes. their lunch specials are probably the best in town, the portions are fairly big and the food is always great! there are also so many choices that even as a regular customer, i have problems deciding on which dish to try! the service is friendly and very good for the style of restaurant it is, my husband and i are always greeted with a warm smile. place is also a lot tidier after the new owners have taken over. take out can be a bit slow when theyre busy, but we are willing to wait for a quality meal rather than restaurants who tend to put something mediocre together to conserve time.

Ye's sushi is probably one of the best places in the whole K-W area to get sushi. It is truly a wonderful experience. The service was good, nothing to complain. The atmosphere was not all that good, but all of those dissapointments were made up in the food. The food is phenomenal; there is nothing thats "adequate" about it. It is really a "one of a kind" experience for any of you that haven't had sushi. The portions are nicely sized, and overall well worth the money. Would I visit again? Absolutely!

Have been twice now- one business lunch and then was so pleased took the hubby. Ordered from daily special menu both time, Good deal- lunch was soup/app & main , dinner was app/main & dessert. Great price & wonderful food. Best Mango Creme Brule ever - and what was that raspberry/chocolate sauce YUMM! Steaks were melt in the mouth. So much food on both occassions had huge doggie bags to enjoy later. How can anyone not Luv this place. Beautiful, great friendy service, washrooms to die for and the food Martha, oh the food! Well done all around!

Still in April 2011 Milton Mall, me and the Paragon Security Guard ate supper here around 19:30hrs. We watch our food been freshly prepared on the grill by the owner. I ask for garlic on my shrimps and he did it, he even gave me 2 extra shrimps. Security order off the menu(not listed)Ginger pork on rice bowl. The stirfry veggies was great, lots of flavor, large portions for under $5.00..He loved the ginger pork and he told me he's comming back(In Milton Mall Food Court). I liked it too and I already eat here every month say 3x a month.

I had been to JJ Japanese Thai beforehand and was never disappointed. This was my third visit and I was more than pleased. The restaurant was nicely decorated with beautiful table linens, wall decorations, and pillows. The servers were kind and attentive. Our server, whose name was Alina, was so kind and friendly, she asked us if there was anything we needed on a consistent basis and also provided free ice cream for being such great customers! I was pleasantly impressed. The food was amazing, the pad thai was filling and excellent, along with the maki. I would come back here in a heartbeat, no doubt about it!
