I find many staples stores vary between the respect employees have for their customers, but I found this location not so terrible, slow lines for checkout and for printing but thats all. I find the manager for the printing center there very nice and is very helpful.

Fantastic store, but most of all amazing service. People that work there are organized and helpful, but the BEST job is done my manager Kowshihan, he provides excellent customer service and does his 101% to help any customer. I truly hope his hard work is recognized with in the company!

On May 22, 2018 afternoon, I received outstanding customer service from Jay at Staples Canada at 1980 Eglinton Ave. E., Scarborough in purchasing my favourite unlocked mobile phone. I was in a hurry to buy a mobile phone for use at a conference on May 23. Jay helped me to set up my new mobile phone efficiently and accurately. He responded well to all my questions.
