Was in a rush while at the store today and made the mistake of grabbing three of the wrong kind of curtain panels. Normally when you call a store to check the stock they blow you off. But I had a very nice young gentleman who scanned it for me by using a verbal barcodes and also went right to the shelf. Very polite very nice and I know it's Christmas rush. We bought a cart that had to be assembled demo the east Windsor Canadian Tire store and we discovered that two of the parts were defective. We were delighted to learn that all we had to do was to bring the parts back to the store and they would replace them from another box. The service was extremely helpful and friendly. We couldn't be happier with the service we received at this store.
