We, and our family have been going to First Choice for many many years. Never discouraged for price increases, as that is expected.
However, it is very inconsiderate increasing hair cut prices by about 15% the first day after being closed for so long. I realize you have lost a lot financially but your customers are not to blame. They have lost a lot as well. Perhaps if we had received a card for 10 or 15% off our next cut, it would have stung a little less.

I have received exceptional service over the past 20+ years. Orlex has been in the business for a very long time, he's knowledgeable and can pin point an issue right away. The best part is that despite his vast experience and large clientele, he always takes time to check what is needed, unlike other places where you are charged extra for services that are not needed. I always trust that I will be charge fairly and he looks for a similar and less expensive car replacement, when possible.

I recently shopped at this store looking for a specific item for Christmas. The item was not in store and Lynn quickly looked it up for me only to find that it wasn't available in the wearhouse either. She advised that she would do her best to get my item and we exchanged emails. I didn't expect to hear from her. Well today I received an email from Lynn to advise that she had gotten my item and it was being held at the front counter for me. Also she let me know that there is a sales on. Lynn's customer service was exceptional. I have always been happy with this store but that was above and beyond what most stores would do.
