This restaurant is a hidden gem and a very welcome addition to the Markham dining scene! The chicken gyros are especially great -- juicy, yet moist at the same time. I liked it better than the souvlaki, but both are great. Salads are huge and easy to share. Staff are friendly and attentive. My husband & I celebrated the last day of the year 2012 at Chef Tommy's. It was our first timethere and we wanted to try something we have never ordered. So we ordered the lamb rack and we were not disappointed! The lamb was so so tender and the presentation was just delightful. The atmosphere was very cozy and the staff quite friendly and helpful.
