terrible service, huge wait times even with an appointment, but most of all DO NOT let them do your eyebrows.... 2 rounds of antibiotics and 3 creams later and still a permanent scar. Just don't do it.
Went to get my eyebrows done and I have a huge burn on my face. It wasn't even from the wax it's from them putting the wrong stuff on afterwords (not wax remover) I had to go to the doctor and was given antibiotics, an antibiotic cream and a steroid creme. I wasn't even offered an apology! They tried to blame me for It! I urge you all to NEVER go here!
Hanna did exactly what I wanted for my nails. I was afraid to have them done as I have had bad experiences. She was gentle and made sure they looked exactly the way I wanted!

There is nothing that can compare to how horrible my visit was at Windsor Nails and Spa. If these reviews mean anything to you, take my word for it and don't go here.
Highlights:
- Disgusting tub.
- Their debit machine was out and I was rudely told to get cash after my feet were already in the water. "You get cash now!"
- Did our toes separately when I had made an appointment.
- Scraped my friend's feet so hard that she was bleeding on the way home.
So embarrased to have taken her there.
I went to Windsor Nails and Spa with the Gift Certificate my husband bought me. I went once before too. I thought it was a good time since we just had our first child and I was needing a few minutes away. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with this young woman who worked there. She seemed really inexperienced and had a hard time listening to what I wanted. She actually took some skin off my finger. Not even a sorry!
I had one simple request. PLEASE make sure my nails are the same length. Needless to say they weren't so I had to do that myself.
I won't be going back!
