Vancouver Franchise...The owner/operator dumps the garbage from jobs he does on private property and over charges beware. May seem nice but its an act.
Good day, Do not give this business your patronage! Problem 1: We purchased a $35 coupon from SwarmJam for junk removal in Winnipeg (fall of 2011). The company would not commit to a time so I took an entire day off work to wait for them. They did not show up and I received a call (in the evening) that they would be there the next day. Problem 2: The company sent us an invoice that did not include the coupon purchased for the discount even though we gave them the particulars when booking the service. Problem 3: The electronic invoice contained attachments that I could not open that contained the specifics of the invoice. I assume they were bills of lading or weight certificates to prove how much went to the dump. We sent an email asking for clarification of the bill and exclusion of the coupon and have yet to receive an answer. The only thing the company did promptly and correctly was over-bill my credit card. Conclusion: I have been given an invoice I could not read and charged over $500. The SwarmJam coupon was ignored and my email requesting clarification was blithely ignored. The bill is in dispute with my credit card company (although you have to pay the full amount to your CC first). This is a poorly run business. STAY AWAY! PS - I would rate them at 0 stars but I do not have that option.
I purchased a daily deal for this company. They were unprofessional and arrived without a rake(!) for junk removal in a rented Penske truck. They left a mess on the street and our yard. Unfortunately, they required a credit card number on file to book. They emailed me an "invoice" that showed they had removed over 1000 pounds of junk, which was just ridiculous. The links to the weight scale did not open and the email did not show what rate they were charging me. They also did not deduct the daily deal voucher, which was good for 250lbs. I emailed them 4 times and left messages asking to see the weight scale ticket and looking for a proper invoice and a correction of the amount. They ignored me. If you look up this company in other cities, you will see this has happened to lots of other people too. It is consumer fraud. BE WARNED! I wish I had looked them up before buying the daily deal or hiring them.
I don't usually do this stuff, but these guys where great. I was stuck and needed something removed, and even though they were busy they where able to help me out the same day. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They really helped me out, and got me out of a jam. The staff was very friendly, and I found their prices very reasonable as well. Thanks junk van
Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Workers broke glass and left it all over the back alley. Terrible experience. Would NOT recommend.

It was everything I would expect on a profesional level of service provision. I would recommend services if do-it-yourselfer wants fast removal at a competitive rate.
