Hi Raina J, i think we know each other. you go to school in Banff right? so did i. I'm sorry if you had a bad experience at our salon. seriously! maybe we can try again one day. either way, please let us know. we love doing local hair and we would hate for anyone to have a bad experience. hope to see you one day soon

The best salon in the Bow Valley

I've been client of b-towne for a couple of years. The staff are great and offer great customer service in a friendly environment. Brooke does a great job with my hair. I don't think it has ever looked better nor have I had more complements and inquiries of where I have it done. Perhaps most importantly b-towne runs on time and I don't have to plan to spend hours getting my hair cut. Thanks to Brooke and the staff of b-towne.

I wanted to write this review because I honestly had the best experience! Was in out of town and got my hair cut during the holidays.. word of mouth from a servers hair at the Bison restaurant! She recommend (thank god) and ya hair cut with Brooke was amazing.. loved everything she did and the salon was so nice. Recommend to my BF for her wedding in March.. the girls were awesome and such a beautiful space, lighting was fabulous.. thanks again ladies....
