    The folks at Vant...

    The folks at Vantage were amazing! They bent over backwards to ensure we got the perfect home for our needs. They worked closely with us, and the bank to aid in the mortgage process, they delivered the house on time, and within days, their amazing "fix it" guys were here making sure everything was perfect. I could not have asked for a better home buying experience :)

    Worst experience ...

    Worst experience EVER My house was over a month late from the orig deliver date My cupboards have marks from nail holes they advised they don't provide a paintmarker to cover these shingles on the roof are worn a few blew right off they said they will NOT cover this and blamed on a windstorm The list goes on and on Advised us they would fix everything in July it's now Sept15 and haven't heard from them We call and they tell us they will return our call usually don't hear back until we call again

    Vantage Housing Solutions has "NOT" sold any homes to date, we will be opening for business Oct 1, 2015 . The lady had purchased her home from our sister company Jade Housing and as we have no control over the factories as far as the delivery date, and construction methods, there is nothing we can do, from a warranty aspect, sorry. As far as her shingles the wind storm it was the strongest wind in many years and we suggested they contact their insurance co. for repairs like many other normal folks had to do. Just for the record the lady has an outstanding bill with Jade that remains unpaid to date and until it is paid 'no' more work will be done on her home.
