Jeena Nails & Spa

Went for my appointment today, which I was looking forward to, in advance of leaving on vacation. When I arrived it was crowded and there was nowhere to sit. I was left waiting for 30 minutes at which point I used the washroom, which was quite dirty. After that I waited a little longer & then left, both disappointed & frustrated. They did not seem too concerned. I will not be going back.

Best pedicure and nail done ever and I had went to Jeena nails It was very relaxing and the lady who did my nails was extremely gentle and very curious. I will definitely go back for any other services they offer. Prices were very reasonable as well.

Questionable service and hygiene

I went to this place yesterday .Horrible service - the women didn't have the ability to answer my questions - I could not understand what she was saying to me !!! I ended up have a nail treatment I didn't know I was getting ...My instinct was to leave , - but I did not want to offend her ... 2 of my nails broke today . The place was dirty ... The working stations were covered in nail dust-.. Their sterilization technique is questionable-were not in sealed blue sterilization pouches

I have been going here fir years and the ladies always do a great job! they give service with a smile! One time I chopped a nail (totally my fault) and i went back expecting to pay for a fix and instead they quickly got me in and fixed it at no charge. I have attended many man nail salons over the years and I'm happy yo say I have found the one! They use top salon products, charge very reasonable (below most other salons), extremely hygienic, and they DO your nail fills properly!!! A+++

Worst painting jo...

Worst painting job I've ever had! Edges of nail not covered and paint on skin in other places. Globbed Polish at base of nails, shellac chipped in mere hours. Went back to get them redone and they used a dremel sander to take the shellac off leaving my once strong nails brittle and weak. My pinky nail and toe are paper thin. Went back to get my money back or the nails redone and were totally unwilling to do either. Manager was rude, over talked me and didn't listen to my concerns. I offered to show her why I was unhappy and she didn't even care to look, she just assumed that her staff could do no wrong. Never ever going back and making sure everyone I know knows the low quality service offered.
