The worst customer service Ive ever the worst customer service Ive ever received one of the staff members not only did not get back to me when he finally did get back to me he insulted me his original quote was out-of-this-world for a simple fence repair and then the insults continued later I simply would not recommend this company to anybody

Would not let these guys put in a fence post for me. Bought the gate, posts and had it installed. The hinge post for the gate has a pad that moves three inches a year and is now so far off centre the gate will not close. Called them back to fix it they looked at it and never heard from them again. Don't buy anything from these guys they will not support you after they get their money!!!

Don't deserve one star. Over priced waited months to finish the job and the work was so sloppy I got go fix it myself

waited 1 week for a quote, was then told go somewhere else if we are not quick enough! Great business plan.

disappointing

My Husband and I got a quote from Lynx for 22ft (twenty-two) of chainlink fence 5ft high to finish off our back yard. We were told first that they couldn't touch it for at least 2 months, and that they wouldn't touch it for less than $2000.....YES TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS....... Hmmm, a simple "we don't want the job" would have been just fine by us. Oh well...

Pathetic

Asked for a simple estimate. Representative showed up 2 hours late and measured the property. Haven't heard from them since 3 weeks and counting. Contacted their office on 2 different occasions. No replies. Sad and pathetic company.
