Mediocre experience having my wisdom teeth removed here. Dr. Goos was professional but not very friendly. Surgery was quick, the IV anesthesia was great. The support staff failed to mention they don't direct bill until 2 days before. Aside from the nice nurse who showed me to the room, no one acknowledged my presence when I went in. One of the nurses smelled like smoke. No one called to check-in after surgery. It felt like an assembly line of oral surgeries and like I was a number not a patient.

I saw a low rare ...

I saw a low rare and a high rate before I went. This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. When you book an appointment, their attitude is so good. After you pay money, they won't have any service and ask you to leave with rude attitude if you ask them any question or argument. Their rates are almost twice of other oral surgery clinic, and also have some unreasonable charge. They charge you first then go through insurance when you are in surgery. You would see much difference when you wake up

As much as you can love surgery, this office was great! Both my sister and I had our wisdom teeth taken out here and the staff and Dr Goos were amazing and me us feel comfortable. Would totally recommend this Dr!
