Used to go here, but stopped since almost everyone (without exception but I'm leaving room for the fact that i may have not met EVERYONE) is extremely RUDE! Never have I felt so unwelcomed anywhere, never mind a medical facility. Unfortunately my boyfriend still attends this doctors office. I was attempting to call and make an appointment for him as he is in excruciating pain, I was redirected by the phone system twice and when I finally got someone on the phone she yelled into with what I can only imagine being a frown on her face "OAKRIDGE MEDICAL, CAN YOU HOLD?" And before I could answer, she hung up. The doctors are equally dismissive and rude. Unbelievable.

One of the worst ...

One of the worst clinics I have ever been to. I came in for a minor procedure and was very specific that I would be away on a trip so I needed dissolving stitches. They claimed they used them, went on the trip and the stitches never dissolved. Upon return, tried to make an appointment and the receptionist had the nerve to lecture me for not coming in earlier. I had my stitches removed at a walk-in clinic without any hassle or lecturing. Rude and unknowledgeable staff, do not go there.
