Hello Reliable Parts Team! Huge shout out to Denton and Mike. Denton took the time to listen to my mismatched kitchen aid part issue and found a replacement STAT! Mike on the till was kind enough to print info on the parts! We are now happy owners of working kitchen aid! Wow the store has so many part and things! Thanks fellas! Job well done. "UNReliable"-Called the store in the morning to order a part for my LG Microwave & was told they had 1 in stock. I asked them to confirm the part was actually there which it was so I then asked that they hold it for me until I could get there that afternoon. Got there only to be told that they had sold the part to someone else. What's the understanding when something is held for someone, I suppose it's only until someone else shows up before you to buy it! I'll never recommend or use them again!
