    My wife had expressed concern that when she requested the 'PD' for our son, during his regular eye-exam, they refused unless we purchased glasses from them; Lianne followed up with an email that they did a complete exam and can, however are not required by law, to give the pupillary distance [PD]. If you're looking for eye-care provider to go the extra mile, continue your search. Don't be held hostage!

    This review is based on our experience with one Optometrist (Dr. Adam Reid) and the receptionist working during our visit. We have been to this location before and saw Dr. Martin Lee and he was much more professional. The appointment was for our daughter. Today before our appointment the staff was having a conversation that was clearly meant to be kept in private, but they chose to speak about it for clients to hear. It was rude and offensive. Thankfully my daughter wasn't paying attention to their conversation. It seemed the other client ahead of me was agitated by this behavior as well. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Reid as a family optometrist unless you want to have a poor experience with someone who is stuck up and unprofessional. He didn't even address the fact that she has an eye condition. He just gave her a quick check to see if her prescription had changed.
