The technician, Hermes, was punctual, courteous and very professional. He investigated the problem confidently and found the solution with ease. I had Darren come out and take a look at my basement shower that was leaking quite bad as there was no proper drain installed (previous owners) plus the drain pipe itself was clogged. Darren was professional and personable, he told me everything up front and there were no hidden charges. He did a great job of unclogging the pipe and even took the extra step of cameraing my mainline for no added cost to check for roots/blockages downstream. Overall i’m very pleased and would recommend to anyone!

I wish I would have called Gentlemen Plumbers the first time my kitchen drain clogged and again a second time only a short while later. I have always been very conscientious about what goes down my drain...definitely not grease, not even coffee grounds! I was at my wits end, ready to have the main drain pipe changed.
