    Great talker, very buisness like. Doesnt finish his work and leaves a huge mess behind. demands payment upfront and wont finish the job.

    We have used Gavin several times for repairs on our rental properties, as well as to replace the furnace and hot water heater in our primary residence. We have always found him polite, professional, and very easy to deal with. We have and will continue to recommend him to our family and friends.

    Terrible Quality - Do Not Use

    Rapid Heat and Cool is owned/operated by Gavin Smith of Didsbury Alberta. He is very personable and an excellent salesmen. However his work is terrible! Supplies inadequate equipment and does not know what he is doing. Easy to get ahold of prior to the work being down, but once he gets paid he is VERY difficult to get ahold of and doesnt return phone calls.
