Honestly a horrible experience I bought a groupon and it was a nightmare trying to book. Danielle didn't even reply for 3 weeks. When I did book an appointment, she was late and didn't even apologise, despite the fact that I had been waiting outside. I eventually got fed up and left, especially because she was so rude about being late... Normally, groupon doesn't refund purchases past 3 days, but they got so many complaints about Danielle that they gave me my money back. Don't go here!

I purchased a groupon for a haircut and partial highlights, I knew exactly what I wanted but when I left,I ended up paying double (cost of two groupons)and not having the color I wanted in my hair. In fact, my previous highlights disappeared too. I left the salon with darker hair and it feels like I paid $117 dollars just for a haircut. I was given the option of not putting toner in my hair for a lighter effect but then she put a dark toner in my hair without showing me first. I feel ripped off.
