The staff is usually friendly... They need to clean! Wipe down the walls, sweep out the dust bunnies, fix the broken picture frames on the wall. How clean are the beds if the place is in this kind of shape?

This studio is so dirty!! Staff is polite but the bed and rooms are disgusting

I think they need to hire some new staff. Preferably some who actually care about customer service.

Went in like I do...

Went in like I do regularly to Red Light and tan a few weeks ago. When I came out of my Red Light bed I waited for 25 minutes for her to tell me which bed to go into because the girl working up front was outside on the phone having a cig! Awesome customer service Callingwood...

Warning simply do...

Warning simply don't tan here. I used to love this location but since the staff changed its no lonet a pleasant environment. It's now dirty and run down. The owner is a vile woman with poor knowledge and should never have been sold a franchise. Maybe one day if it's bought out I will try again but I until then I've found windermere fabutan to be gorgeous and a flagship studio for the fabutan franchise. I even really enjoy the Riverbend location although a couple blocks farther it is totally worth the time. Too bad this location ruins it for the brand. Fabutan is usually a great place to tan.
