The nurses & doctors are rude & condescending. You feel like a transaction. My confidence in the doctors is limited. The Dr. relies on his x-ray tech for positioning of the needle, asking if its the right spot. As a Dr, his knowledge of anatomy should be better than that of an x-ray tech. It doesn’t inspire confidence. The x-ray tech is cold, rude, and generally disinterested in the patients. You leave Healthpointe feeling somehow diminished as a human being.

I must say, I have been dealing with this clinic for chronic migraine for about 2 years now and they have been nothing but helpful. I got the nerve ablation and botox done..Dr. Papachan and Dr. Knash are really great and nice! I have dealt with others too for the ablation but can’t remember their names which were great too, I would mot say so much aboit the nurse I got, she didnt have an easy smile, to say she had none lol

Look elsewhere for your medical needs

Not very professional and they definitely dont care about their patients. You will just be another fee for them to collect. The doctors are good though. I would recommend another service provider.

I beg ppl to refer to rate your doctor before going to health pointe. You will save yourself time and humiliation. Dr. Cheung is one of the worst doctors I have ever been unfortunate enough to have to deal with. Never have I had to deal with a doctors ego as I had with him. Had I read the complaints dealing with this man I would have left his office within the first five minutes. He was there to humiliate me, he sabotoged any chances of not only treatment but future medication for any pain.
