Sierra flooring did the supply and install for our basement development. The service from sales to install was seamless. The installers were efficient and did a great job cleaning up. We had a couple repairs required on our hardwood stairs that weren't even Sierra's original work and they helped us out, no problem and did a perfect job. Would definitely recommend and use Sierra for any future flooring needs.

Poor installation, poor service

Sierra context flooring was used by my builder to install my carpet. They originally installed carpet missing a vital layer that held it together. As a result they needed us to move out of our upstairs while they replaced carpet that never should have been installed. However, the carpet they used to replace it with was a different size. This created seams in high traffic areas, I expressed my concern and the installer assured me it wouldn't be an issue. Less than 2 years later and the seams are fraying and falling apart. Sierra contract floorings website may say their carpet is designed to last for many years but their installation is not. They refuse to help because they only have a 1 year warranty on all their carpet and service. So think about whether you want your carpet to last more than a year before you contact this company.
