Nice Nails

Rude staff and manager. Instead of respecting clients when the store is crowded the manager shouts at clients to sit down. None of the labour can speak English.

Bad and poor customer service. They didn’t care how I wanted my nails to be. When I asked Philip (l talked just for once) that this nail needs little more shape he throw the nail file on the towel and told me to do my nails by myself. I just became an idiot and realize that I am paying $110 on this service. That place sucks . I never recommend anyone to go there. I want to add that they did my pedicure with a cheese greater.

Wonderful place. The do my whole families nails. My mom, my dad, my husband, me and even my daughter. They do a very good job and are very patient. Many people just walk in, but it's better to make an appointment.

Limited services

My nails were nice at the end of it - but they don't have enough staff so someone may start working on you then you'll wait a while and then you'll be swapped with someone else. The staff spoke in a different language to each other, were not very engaging, made you feel slightly uncomfortable. Also, their services aren't that varied - call ahead to see if they offer the service you need. In 2012, they don't offer aesthetics nor shellac nails. Location and hours are great - convenient for students and those working during the day.
