McDonald’s

The ABSOLUTE worst McDonald’s around. It’s more shocking if they get your order right than wrong. Usually missing food. This time I ordered 2 kids meals and both orders of chicken nuggets were missing, pretty disappointing when we got home. Is there not some sort of check before the order goes out?

Saturday night, I order a poutine which isnt a complicated order at all. There were no other customers around, my order still took forever as I watched the employees standing around laughing. And when I did try my poutine it was gross. The gravy tasted funny and I look closer.. there wasnt a single cheese curd.. wtf. A simple order should not be messed up so bad.

Been there twice in the last 3 days. First time for coffee - waited a long time, then coffee was luke warm. Just coffee, not specialty coffee. Second time, yesterday at 9pm on a Sunday night, drove thru, ordered 2 burgers, 10 minutes later (yes, 10 minutes!) got our burgers. Asked specifically about the receipt in the bag, was told yes... NO RECEIPT in bag, another 5 minutes wasted going back. Turns out it was the evening manager that was wrong about the receipt - BAD SERVICE!!!!

My Wife and I stopped here this morning at 4am to get a $1.05 coffee and somehow got my car stuck on the adjacent roadway. I walked up to the drive through window and explained that I was in need of a shovel.The staff smiled and did something unexpected which went beyond what is expected of any employee. Not 5 minutes later another gentleman came out with a shovel and dug me out getting me on my way, also refusing payment. In my embarrassment I forgot to get their names, SORRY. Forever grateful

Asked for a nugget kids meal got home and there was a cheese burger. Like really my kid doesn’t get burgers
