We have been using Park2Go for many years. Their service is excellent and fast, always on time, never late. I would recommend it

BUYER BEWARE - We had been using Elite Park and Ride for over 15 years, the service was amazing and the rates issued on a quote were honored. We have tried the service since Park2Go has taken over. Both times we tried the rate that we were charged is not the rate our quote was for. they don't honor the quote. All you get is yes maam it is right on our website rates are subject to change. If you use the service just be aware that you will be paying more than your quote to get your vehicle back.

Terrible experience. Bought a groupon, phoned Elite to make sure the groupon would be valid when we went on our trip. They said it would be. When we returned from our trip they informed us that they didn't accept those anymore (AFTER WE HAD CONFIRMED WITH THEM THE DATES OF OUR TRIP). They made us pay their prices, all the while telling us how we were basically stupid for buying a groupon. Zero customer service and terrible attitudes. Will not be using again.

It took them over a half an hour to pick us up. Then we showed up they couldn't find our car! They took another half hour to find it. It was covered in ice and we could barely get into it. Pay at little more somewhere else but at least they won't lose you car.

POORLY MANAGED BUISNESS 2nd time using Elite. First time it was fine just overpriced. This time called several times to get picked up outside of baggage claim until we finally got an $18 cab ride. They "discontinued" their loyalty card and any promotions/coupons. The complementary wash was seriously terrible. My truck was muddy as the roads were wet before we left and now it looks like Hellen Keller hit it with a garden hose. Overall poorly managed, untrained staff, expensive

Don't bother ... the customer service is deplorable. They don't care, plain and simple, and if you complain, some condescending woman will call you to tell you how much "you" screwed up and not them.

Not impressed with service at all!

Great concept but they do not follow through very well. They say that they offer detailing service which is fantastic but then because other clients ruined it for everyone else by cancelling after they've pre-booked you can only book when you arrive and then there's no spots available when you try. Because of this the manager allowed me to pre-book and I double checked when I arrived and when I returned, it wasn't done! Not impressed because they've done this to me before. They also offer to fill your gas, NEVER DONE either. I also thought that you either choose indoor or outdoor and found out that your car is kept outdoors until 48 hrs before but my car has snow on it, dripping off when I arrived so it was just brought in there a few hrs before, maybe. Don't say you provide these services if you cannot provide them properly. I will end on a good note. The drivers are very friendly and provide great service.

Fantastic Airport parking service

We have used Elite Indoor Parking on a number of occasions in the past and have enjoyed their Elite parking service...however we sincerely appreciated their service upon our midnight arrival from Mexico in January! Their van picked us up from the airport ... transferred our luggage to our WARM vehicle within their parking garage...smiles and jocularity were in abundance and well as their exceptional level of service! Thank you Elite for your insight into providing a travel service that simplifies and enhances any airport travel! Sonya and Derek
