The worst place!!!! they screw up with your hair and they don't know how to fix it. They are un professional and rude. Don't waste your time and money here unless you want them to use your hair for practice. Worst place ever.!!!!

    Roll the dice...

Going to this place is a gamble. Once and while they have really good hairdressers, but because you can't choose who you get sometimes you'll get stuck with someone terrible. I've been there 3 times. The first time was OK, the second time was amazing and the third time I got absolutely butchered. Probably won't go back.

    Just OK

I really wanted to like Tommy Gun's. I've been there 3 times. The hair cuts are good. Ladies I saw were all pleasant. Nice atmosphere. However, BIG problems with their hot shave service. First time I had it, I got massive razor burn on my neck and chin. I figured, i'd give it a second chance and everything went OK. The stylist explained that they were having a lot of the same complaints about the hot shave, and they retrained the stylists and it shouldn't be a problem anymore. Went back a third time, not only did I get massive razor burn again, but I go back to my car and my chin is bleeding. I use a straight razor myself, and I know my skin isn't that sensitive. Go for a cut, but stay away from the hot shave. They don't know what they're doing.
