Upset.

I just called west park foods and asked them a question about the student loan papers. The lady on the phone seemed very cranky. I proceeded to ask her if I need a copy of my SIN number or if I just knew it off the top of my head and she said NOPE, you NEED IT. then I asked her, if I need it if this is my second half of my student loan. and she said YEP, NO exceptions. very rudely, so I said " you don't have to be so rude" and not even apologizing she says, "well people ask me this everyday". definitely not a business I am looking forward to going to ever again, and I WILL spread the word, of UNPROFESSIONAL customer service.
