I have referred friends and family to this hearing centre. The receptionist is very kind and goes above and beyond, you can tell she cares deeply about the patients. The practitioner Betty is very knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and we did not feel rushed or pressured. When it was time to make the decision on what hearing aid would best suit the lifestyle of my grandfather there are no hidden fees. I cannot recommend this place more!

Totally disgusted !!

This company does not stand behind their return purchase guarantee! The sales woman did not provide the papers to extend trial period! Nor did she give option to partial pay 4 the hearing aids Demanding final payment!!! When the hearing aid broke for the 2nd time I took them back asked 4 my money refund. I purchased them on Nov. 15 paying 50%. I paid the balance 2 weeks later. I tried to return on Dec 21st. They say it is past the 30 day trial. Should not 30 day trial start at full payment?
