Went in to get 2 pages laminated, a process that takes 2-3 minutes. Was told I'd have to leave my documents there because they were busy. I wouldn't mind waiting 20-30 minutes. I don't know what jobs they will do if they don't have 5 minutes at most to spare

Gentlemen staff need to be trained in Customer Service

I wrote a review a while back stating how wonderful the staff was at the Printing Dept. at the Sherwood Park Staples was,the Ladies were fantastic to deal with, but the last few times its different staff - needless to say the service has gone down hill so much so that I don't want to go back. One visit I was told "if they get busy they wont be able to spend time with me to get my printing done" & the last time i was there there was no acknowledgement was ignored (no service so I left)
