Horrible negotiation skills, not willing to work a deal on my truck that is impounded, I’ve dealt with lots of tow companies and they are always willing to work a deal on storage, this one is definitely the worst tow company I’ve ever dealt with

Absolutely terribly ran company, drivers are terrible, dont tyl you that theyre charging you 60$ a day to store youre vehicle after a car accident so your slapped with a big bill when you go to get it. Drivers are rude and inattentive, have no regard for personal space or belongings in your vehicle. Would not recommend unless its a last resort.

I would never use this company nor refer them. They are rude and say things that should never leave a professional company’s mouth. And after the driver spoke so nasty I asked what his name was, he wouldn’t give it to me..because he was so unprofessional and downright mean he can’t even put a name to his ridiculous behavior. There are a lot of towing companies to choose from. This should not be one of them

Very friendly staff who had me pulled out of the ditch at least two hrs before any other tow company said they could even be there. The pricing was very reasonable and competitive
