Yesterday, Jan.06,2020 we had Adam from Abbotsford Glass come to our condo to replace the rollers on our glass sliding patio door. He was the best! He wore shoe booties to protect our carpet! He was extremely respectful and friendly! He did a wonderful job in about 45 minutes! The door slides beautifully! Their pricing was much lower than the other companies that I called to compare. From beginning to end, our experience with Abbotsford Glass has been fantastic. From the front line gal Susette, who was efficient, on top of things, cheerful and sweet, each and every time I spoke with her, to the installer, who was respectful, personable and went "above and beyond", to the price - we were absolutely thrilled. The quote was reasonable, the time from first call to installation was phenomenal and the customer service in between was second to none. 5 stars all the way!

Professional, Fast, and do the job Right

Decided on this company because they were a member of the BBB. Needed a large bedroom window replaced due to 'fogging'. It had the 'bars' on the top third of the window. Fellow came out and measured the window. Said it would take a few days for the manufacturer to make. Then, my contractor to re-do my balcony said he could start the job earlier than planned. Seeing as my bedroom window looked over the balcony I phoned Abbotsford Glass to ask if a 'rush' could be put on the job. They rushed it, installed the window, and everything was absolutely perfect. I was extremely happy with their customer service and was totally satisfied. Would definitely use them again.
