    They were fully book but managed to squeeze me in because my dryer wasn't working and I needed a quick fix due to being a mom and having copious amounts of laundry, I'm very thankful For James Coming on such short notice to help me out ♥︎ Recommend

    Was in the house less than an hour and charged 150 dollars labour. Compared the prices he provided of the 3 dryer parts he replaced on Amazon. He was charging more than DOUBLE (Canadian) for the same parts online. Super discouraged as his total bill was very high.

    They came and fixed my dishwasher. It works real good now. They came on time. He noticed I needed a utensil basket. He ordered one and everything is good now. It washes dishes just fine now. The pump was filled with food and things off my defective utensil tray. Great service!

    Paid for a service and the repairman never fixed the problem. Won't refund any money or come back and fix the problem. I was just told that "there is nothing I can do" No very professional! Would never use or recommend this company!

    Called on Monday ...

    Called on Monday for service, repairman came on Thursday. Repairman replaced faulty heating element in my dryer. He dislodged the duct work to the dryer and never reattached it. The laundry room was like a sauna when he left so he knew it was off.
