Kel Print

As a business owner and artist I do all my colour photocopying here. I've always been pleased with the print quality and friendly service I receive. Their prices are good and the staff is always helpful. They carry good quality office supplies too. They remember me when I walk in the door. I like that. :)

AS former Owner and founder of this business in 1980 and 2000, I am heartbroken to read the two reviews submitted. I know I gave much better service in my time. I hope no one any longer associates me with that business. It grieves me that the name Kel is still on that store front.

I normally dont leave reviews but this is literally the worst printer on the planet. They have zero organization system, dont even take your name or number when they accept your order. I've gone in twice, once for a $2000 job which they proceeded to loose twice (I then took my business elsewhere) I figured I'd give them a second chance so went in with a simple $10 order. I had to come back THREE times to pick up two color copies... I stood there waiting for over half an hour at one point.

The minute I walk...

The minute I walked in the door I felt awkward and like I was being watched I had ordered business cards and custom invoices the business cards took not so long so I guess that was just exceptional but it took them three weeks just to send me a proof or rough copy for my invoices and It took about another month plus to recite just a portion of what I ordered as a local business operator i choose to support other local businesses but as all has been said I would not recommend kelp print at all
