    how unprofessional of this office to snicker at a client

    a while back I re-insured my car they did it wrong got fixed by my questioning. Later on I took off insurance on a bike and they ended up taking it off of my car I questioned things again....I was driving my car for ten days with no insurance and in the end I had to get new plates. but with all this mess they now owe me 86 dollars but they have put the blame on me .... when I walked out of the office the fellow was snickering at me I looked back he was giving me a look and still snickering
